    Canadian Pickers

Post by oceanna on Thu May 12, 2011 11:32 am

Last evening I found this program on the History channel. I had never seen it before but I remember Willows mentioned it awhile back.

The two men were in Nova Scotia looking for vintage items at antique shops and private homes.
They found several items that they were excited over and thought they got them at a reasonable price.

None of the items they picked up appealed to me but they were buying them to sell and make a profit, so they must know what people like to buy.

It's an entertaining program so I'll try to remember to catch it next week.

I like watching the stuff shown on the History channel. The show you speak of is one of them.

I also love the shows on the History Channel and particularly...American Pickers and Canadian Pickers. I prefer American Pickers because the two guys on the show are more entertaining to me than our Canadian guys....but the shows are basically the same.

Not really the kind of stuff I'd like to "pick" ...but nevertheless...it's the thrill of the hunt...and who knows what treasures they may find!
